FitOp Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the FitOp mobile app (package in.fitop.app, "the app", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information. FitOp is a gym and fitness-studio management app used by gym owners, staff and members.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number and password or Google sign-in identifier, used to create and secure your account.
• Gym and membership data: membership plans, attendance and check-ins, class bookings, payments and invoices, leads, and messages that your gym enters or sends through the app.
• Device information: a device identifier or push-notification token so we can deliver notifications and keep your session secure.
• Camera: the camera is used only to scan QR codes (for example for check-in). Camera images are processed on your device and are not stored or uploaded.

2. How we use information

• To provide the app's features, such as memberships, attendance, classes, billing and messaging.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send service notifications and respond to support requests.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising in the app.

3. Sharing

Information entered in the app is shared with the gym or organisation that you belong to, as needed to run its services. We use service providers (for example hosting and Google sign-in) who process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data storage and security

Data is sent to our servers over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Some preferences and your sign-in session are stored on your device. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account or your gym's account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data or account, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

FitOp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
